At Ellington Pens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new writing instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the pen in its original luxury presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
